I've read Connie Mason' s books before but this one wasn't as spell binding as others I have read. The more I read the more it became "predictable". There wasn't much drama just a lot of sex. I don't mind the sex so much but every time an "incident" would come up they would argue about it then ravish each other and then everything was ok . Kinda boring. Connie Mason usually writes better stories that have some depth to them, but in my humble opinion, this one lacked a lot.

This book is very good. It is like people in other countries are doing and killing others they don.t understand
As being part Indian I have a hard time giving money to all those. Who should not be here when they are taking away schooling from our own children now in some states. Connie tells us how it was and what happened in truth and all of us should look back and see if things should not be
One of the best books I have read. I liked the fact that the female lead character was Native American and the male was white.
Ms. Mason has a way with love scenes that no one else does. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a great historical romance.

I have this book in paperback and reread it often. I purchased it for my tablet so that I could read it on the plane when I went on vacation. My only complaint about the book is that for the first few chapters all of a sudden the book switched to a language I didn't understand. Other than that, it was just as good as I remembered it to be.
What a great, great story! the ending was great and the three stories of this LARSON family are the greatest stories, I've read in a long time!!! I loved them "all".......

This is a great book as part of a series. Enjoyed reading this book and series. It kept your interest was a great story that kept you guessing.
This is the 15th Connie Mason romance I have read and she simply is my favorite author. especially her Westerns and I don't even like Western-type stuff. As always, her stories are fast-paced and full of adventure and lots of steamy sex with both a strong hero and heroine. I can't wait to read Wind Rider and Sierra, parts 2 and 3 of this series. Connie, you're simply the best!!!!!
